I’m 2336 Chert Lane, and I should probably warn you: I’m not particularly good at being “just a townhome.”

I’m an end unit with approximately 2,400 square feet, a first-floor bedroom and full bath, an upstairs loft, two-car garage, two porches, extra nearby parking, and a community amenity list that got a little carried away. But we’ll get to that.

First, come inside.

I’m the larger two-story floor plan, so there’s room to actually LIVE here. Your furniture doesn’t have to audition for a spot. Your dining table can remain a dining table instead of becoming an office, homework station, mailroom and general landing zone by Tuesday.

There’s space to gather when everyone wants to be together and enough space to retreat when they absolutely do not.

My first-floor bedroom and full bath might become one of your favorite things about me. Need an office with an actual door? Perfect. Want a hobby room? Go for it. Need separate downstairs space for someone in the household? I’ve got you. Still not sure what you’ll do with it? That’s okay too. Sometimes an extra room is just an extra room until life decides what it needs to become.

Upstairs, I’m still not done.

Seriously. Pick a Tuesday. We have plans.

Movie night can mean an actual theater. Your workout is right in the community. The kids can head to the playground. Your dog can go make neighborhood friends. You can practice your golf swing without chasing a ball through the woods.

Or you can ignore every single amenity, put on your pajamas, and stay home with me. I won’t be offended.

I’m pretty low-maintenance outside too. Full exterior landscape maintenance is included. You’re responsible for watering the lawn as needed, but the ongoing exterior landscape maintenance? Not your weekend project.

So yes, I have approximately 2,400 square feet. Yes, I’m an end unit. Yes, I have flexible first-floor living, an upstairs loft, two outdoor spaces, a two-car garage and extra parking.
